Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Traffic Management Solution Using Crowd-Sensing and Blockchain

Unmanned aerial vehicles are gaining immense attention in diverse commercial and civil applications. However, adopting this technology will rely on management services that support safe operation. UAV traffic systems (UTM) aim to facilitate safe, efficient, fair access the low-altitude airspace. these centralized lack protocols for secure interaction between system agents such as authorities, service providers, end-users. Another limitation of proposed UTM architectures is absence efficient mechanisms enforce airspace rules regulations. To address issues, we present a decentralized protocol controls ensures security objectives confidentiality, integrity, availability. For purpose, exploit features blockchain smart-contract technologies. In addition, employ mobile crowdsensing technique seamlessly regulations govern operations. The solution implemented top Ethereum platform evaluated using four different tools verification. We also provide performance analysis solution. reproducibility, made our implementation publicly available Github.
